Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
At Beverly & Diane Newport, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product.
Return Conditions You may only register a return after physically receiving the item. Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including international shipping costs. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached. Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not. Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) them is not permitted.
Return Process
- Register your return via info@beverlydianenewport.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You will receive the return address from us (our supplier is located in China).
- You send the item back entirely at your own cost, including any customs or shipping charges.
- We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refund After receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the product's condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
